Shipping Policy

Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within a 24-hour window after delivery. After this window, we are unable to cancel the order.

Shipping Times Shipping typically takes 8-12 business days. Please note that delays can occasionally happen, which may alter these estimated timeframes.

Lost or Stolen Packages We do not cover lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, you will need to contact the shipping provider/3PL directly to file a claim.
